Class Summary

CellBroadcastCoding	These coding schemes are used to specify the coding of a Cell Broadcast message.
CellBroadcastLanguage	This is used to specify a cell broadcast language data coding scheme.
DataCodingScheme	The DCS or Data Coding Scheme is used to tell what way the bytes of a message should be interpreted - be it a short message, USSD message or cell broadcast message.
GsmAlphabetEncoding	This is the default GSM 7-bit Character encoding scheme.
